APAC Storage Cluster — Elevated Latency. We're seeing increased latency for uploads to the Singapore region. Our team is investigating. Downloads are unaffected.
Webhook Delivery Delays. Some webhook notifications were delayed by up to 5 minutes due to a queue backlog. Issue was resolved shortly after. No data was lost.
Scheduled Maintenance — Database Migration. Planned 30-minute maintenance window for database schema upgrade. Completed ahead of schedule with zero downtime.
By accessing or using CloudDrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CloudDrop provides cloud-based file storage, sharing, and collaboration tools. The Service may include free and paid tiers with varying storage limits and features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload malicious content; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) share illegal material; (d) attempt to bypass security measures; (e) resell access without authorization.
Your files are encrypted and stored securely. We do not access, sell, or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via our status page.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After that period, data will be permanently deleted.
CloudDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), billing information for paid plans, and usage data (upload/download activity, storage usage).
All files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Encryption keys are derived from your password and never stored on our servers. We undergo annual third-party security audits.
Active accounts: data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Deleted files: permanently removed within 30 days. Closed accounts: all data deleted within 90 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing and AWS for infrastructure. No third party has access to your decrypted file contents. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.
You may request data export, correction, or deletion at any time via Settings or by contacting support. EU users have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to be forgotten.
